The following photographs are from Mariano Nocitto, a Buenos Aires based photographer, who only started working in the world of fashion photograpy since the beginning of this year. I think his work is really promising, so here you have some of it:

this mess we're in *

As soon as I saw these photographs, I just loved them. The photographer is Luc Braquet, who works as an Art Director in an advertising agency. He's living in Paris and is only 25 years old! Hope you like these photos too.

a delayed presentation

This blog never had a presentation, like an initial post featuring a description of its purpose and objectives, neither it had some basic guiding lines after the title or on the right side of the page... anything but a song's lyrics only minimally representative of this blog's philosophy. Not that the blog has any official purpose or any specific objectives, but I felt a description slash explanation slash presentation was lacking and that it would make lifeisacrazydancefloor a more complete blog (a little bit at least).

So this is my personal blog in which you'll most likely find photographs taken by me (a lot more are to come as soon as I get a scanner - that's right, I'm an analog fan), some random stuff that I find in any way inspiring or beautiful, posts related to music (either it is a review, some song lyrics or just suggestions that I believe that will improve your iTunes library), fashion (looks, tendencies, people, wha-te-ver), but in which you also could find some amazing recipe, some crazy reverie or whatever I feel like posting.

After all, this is a blog about LIFE. What would life be without music, beauty, fashion, poetry, love? Life is nothing more than a delightful dance between all these and the people that pass through our lives. Life is crazy and unpredictable but, as if on a dancefloor, we should do nothing but enjoy and celebrate.
Because life is, in fact, like a crazy dancefloor.

PS - From now on, the blog will always be written in English (i mean, there's nothing national about a blog, right?)

the music you should be hearing right now

Two Door Cinema Club (check Something good can work), The Drums, Local Natives, Best Coast, Beach Fossils, Fanfarlo, Mayer Hawthorne, Pariah (together with other dubstep guys like Jakwob, James Blake or Joy Orbison that have been doing great music recently)...
And if you by any chance have let any of these pass by you unnoticed go immediately listen to Arcade Fire's most recent release The Suburbs, Grizzly Bear, Beach House, Hot Chip, all great music and certainly part of the best that has been done lately.

This list got a little eccletic, but I believe it respects my humble attempt for assembling a representative sample of the greatest (in my opinion) recent music.
Much more would deserve to be included, obviously.

Tell me what you think and, please, feel free to make good sounds suggestions!

Young Photographers United

Photographers: Sasha Maslov (1), Sarah Faust (2,3)

Just found out Young Photographers United and really loved this association. Their work is amazing and I think the idea of creating this concept was really clever and interesting. You should definitely take a look at their work. After all, these are the best young photographers of the world at the moment.
